All orders are subject to credit approval. Terms, unless agreed otherwise, are net 30 days from date of invoice. Account balances that exceed 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% per month late charge. Accounts that continuously exceed 30 days may be subject to tighter credit terms. The Foxx Group accepts both VISA and Master Card.
All orders are shipped FOB our warehouse. We reserve the right to ship from stock at other then the closest warehouse. Specific information may be requested when placing you order. The Foxx Group will prepay shipping charges and add them to our invoice, or we will ship collect. Shipments will be made via UPS, RPS or common carrier of our choice unless an alternative carrier is requested by the customer.
No returned goods will be accepted without a Returned Goods Authorization Number, which will be assigned, upon request by our Massachusetts office. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise that is not defective.
